Cover Supervisor Job Responsibilities

Responsibility	Description
Lesson Supervision	Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of teachers.
Behaviour Management	Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm learning environment.
Student Engagement	Motivate students to stay on task and complete assigned work.
Reporting	Feedback to Curriculum Leaders on behaviour, progress, and any issues.
Administration	Support with clerical and departmental tasks when not covering lessons.
Examinations	Assist with invigilation and exam administration.
School Support	Supervise students at break/lunch and support trips or visits as needed.
